The management of digital assets is a fundamental component of preservation, research and the development of innovative interactions in the reading room and the exhibition space. In my digital asset management course during the Spring of 2018, I was challenged to create a training video for specific actions within the DAM we built around a fictitious business. This video looks at the DAM of SCORE, a sound collection digitization, researcher access portal, and digital exhibition design company. The tutorial guides new employees through several metadata related workflows.
